The athlete stands tall, and after the “3, 2, 1… go,” call an athlete picks up the barbell and takes 8 ground-to-overheads then follows that with 10 bar-facing burpees until they hit 10 rounds. The athlete’s score is the total time taken to make the successful completion of the entire workout. Or even the total number of successful repetitions that the athlete completes before the main 15-minute time cap.
